Utah couple creates company to help save newborns in Uganda

A Utah couple have helped developed a ventilator to save the lives of babies born abroad. Kindall and Erica Palmer say they found out about the need from a couple of doctors who have done some volunteer work in 3rd-world countries. Governor signs bill to allow birth control dispensed without prescription

Right now if a Utah woman wants to use birth control for contraception, or for other health reasons, she needs a prescription from a doctor. If she wants it in pill form doctors require yearly visits before giving out the prescription.
