March 24, 2023 Building a new day. Making yourself available for what you've planned only to be knocked off your path. As the production director of a huge broadcast company I learned how to never invest in my personal overview of the day. Sales reps were given endless amounts of permission slips to fly by the seat of their pants. The mission was to be available for them. Become a master of sudden change. Then one day you are the change. Which is happening every day in the business world. They've returned to their bad habits of unheard of amounts of cut backs. Now what? You gave them everything! The power of choice still lives within. Being a self-leader over all things. Think along the lines of collaborating not getting hired for another job. Go into the game as a collaborator. Lead yourself into a new layer of thinking and performing. Don't get set in your ways. Go into each collaboration accepting change.
