Larysa Homans is a highly experienced leadership communication coach and mentor, business advisor, educator, and coaching community leader. Larysa’s mission is to maximize authentic communication mastery and
integrative impact of leaders and change makers around the globe. Larysa works with soul-driven leaders and executives, professionals and entrepreneurs helping them define and design, execute and expand their new
transformational experiences in business, career, life, and community – one NEW STORY at a time. Very often these stories are emerging as the results of strong challenges that drive impactful changes.

Larysa has combined over forty years of interrelated experiences as a journalist, public relations consultant, strategic communication expert, educational and developmental program leader in many international projects and organizations in Ukraine and other countries with her professional path in transformational story designing, coaching, and mentoring.

She owns and develops her boutique-style and story-driven business in the USA and Ukraine working with her individual and corporate clients globally. 

Larysa holds two master’s degrees – in Psychology and
Journalism.  She loves learning constantly and looking for new ways how to create new stories, lead new changes,
and make new impact.
