We dove into childhood trauma as well as what we struggle with today, but these three things still rang true for ALL of us:

There is purpose in our pain. Beauty in our brokenness.

Our identity is found in Christ - no one or nothing else.

You don’t have to earn your worth. Jesus paid for you on the cross… and He doesn’t have buyer’s remorse.
I hope all of this serves as a reminder to you that you are LOVED & nothing can change that.
