Jesus was born, the scripture tells us, "when the fullness of time had come". We may find it easy to criticize those in Judea at the time for not recognizing their Messiah. They longed for the Messiah, but, as we have seen over and over again, they weren't prepared for Him to come as He did. They had some very specific ideas of what the Messiah should be and do, but He turned many of those notions upside down, starting with His very birth. Are we truly prepared for what Jesus wants to do when we invite him to enter our lives? Join us as we say to Jesus, "welcome to my world"!
