Watch This Space Podcast: How Five9 is Using AI to Re-Think Customer Service, Generational Changes for Automation, and Robotics of the Mind

About

The June episode of the Watch This Space podcast with BCStrategies' Jon Arnold and Chris Pine starts with Jon's takeaways from Five9’s analyst event in Porto, Portugal, with a parallel discussion about how Five9 is using AI to transform customer service, along with how broader generational changes are increasingly AI and tech-centric. Our analog lens pre-dates these changes, and we explored how digital transformation is taking automation to new levels. We don’t know where it’s heading, but there’s a big difference between automating tasks and processes, and automating thought and emotion. The singularity could be closer than Kurzweil predicted – 2045 – and we left off with the robotics of the mind for our listeners to ponder.

Watch This Space (WTS) - The podcast about future of work, communications technology and business transformation - is a monthly podcast that has been produced by Jon Arnold and Chris Fine since 2018. Two analog guys searching for the soul of technology in a digital world.
