Chris and Mackenzie Schmalz are one of the seven generations that made Clark Family Orchards a Palisade staple. Now they run the beautiful facility at Clark and Co.’s Distilling. You can sit and enjoy one of their 35 locally distilled spirits in their brand new tasting room or head outside and relax by the Colorado River. They offer agave, rum, vodka, bourbon, and a butterfly pea flower gin.

They also serve burgers, flatbreads, salads, and some peach desserts that will make you want more. Come visit one of the best community spots around.
