Ever feel like you're watching your life rather than living it? Like you're there but not really there?


Sometimes we mentally wrap ourselves in bubblewrap when life is a lot to handle. We're protecting ourselves from bad stuff, but also the good stuff. 


This exercise will help you pop those bubbles and gently bring you back to the here and now.
