Then she tackles two wildly relatable write-ins: one from a burnt-out work-from-home “couch goblin” who can’t find the energy for life after 5PM, and another from someone who feels trapped in a “broke but aesthetic” lifestyle fueled by credit cards and pressure to look like they’re thriving. Expect tough love, empathy, and practical “start small” steps because if nobody has it all figured out, we might as well figure it out together.
