Yo fam... strap in, this show was a ride. I had the privilege to sit down with the legendary Jeff Lester. Jeff's story is one of true captivation. I had such a wonderful time getting to know him better and seeing how his sheer passion for life has brought him through the wildest of experiences. I learned that energy is super powerful and holistic, emotion can be transferred through motion and we even got the Jefe secrete weapon to starting the day right... a Cashew greens Shake.
