This month we welcome to the Brewhouse Stage, Teddy Benson, Head Brewer and Co-Owner of the Grain Shed Brewery in the South Perry District of Spokane. We get to talk about their beginnings, as well as their planned expansions into other areas of Spokane, and how they have taken over the brewhouse at the former Steam Plant Brewing Company.
