It's JUNE!!! In my eyes, that means Summer is officially here, am I right?
What that also means is my healthy habits usually take the side line because, well... SUMMER!!
With all the BBQ's, holidays, birthdays, weekend getaways, etc. it can be hard to 1. stay motivated and 2. choose the healthy option when there is so much goodness staring you in the face!
