In light of Black History month, this episode hears Adam Brimelow joined by Selina Ullah, chair of Derbyshire Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust discuss how strength in diversity in the NHS can benefit staff and patients and the contribution that white allies can make to push change for race equality in the health and social care sector.



Adam also spoke to Foluke Ajayi, chief executive at Airedale NHS Foundation Trust to discuss the importance of diversity within healthcare systems and leadership and the understanding of this within communities and the journey the NHS is still on lead to a fairer leadership across the system.
