Joel Weiman is a golf course architect who is the owner and operator of Weiman Golf Design.    On this episode, we break down Odessa National Golf Club, which is a course that Joel deisgned and built, and a course where I was the Superintendnent.  We recorded this episode after playing a round there, and it was the first time I had been on property since being terminated in 2011.  And it was Joel's first round there ever!
