Nick wants to discuss Rudolph “Rudy” Isley, who passed away last week at his home in Illinois. He was a founding member of the Isley Brothers, which formed in the 50s with brothers Kelly & Ronald. They wrote and recorded some milestone songs, across multiple genres, throughout their 6 decades making music. Though he left the group in 1989 to become a minister, his contributions helped create and establish their reputation.
