Most of them were born in the territory of the Second Polish Republic and survived the Second World War in the USSR, and reached Silesia as part of the waves of repatriation. Not everyone had long-term plans with Poland, Gliwice was for them only a place of stay when traveling to Israel, America or Australia. It is a mixture of very experienced musicians who have built their names in Polish rock circle. Voda debut 'Onerare' from October 2015 by label Aedificium met with very good reviews in Polish press and was highly acclaimed by rock audience. It was promoted at more than 150 concerts in Poland plus Germany, Slovakia and Czech Republic. They performed sharing the bill with Martin Turner's Wishbone Ash, Nick Simper (ex Deep Purple) and Focus among the others. ?In February 2019 Voda released their second album called 'Amphibia' which is a natural continuation of the path the band chose. This one was promoted by the band with tours in Lithuania, Czech Republic, Slovakia and also Great Britain where Voda played as first Polish band at Cambridge Rock Festival with Atomic Rooster, Don Airey or Mostly Autumn. During 2020 Voda still perfomed as much as they could, one of bands concerts (online live with grand piano and double bass was recorded and released by Aedificium as double album Parallaxis (CD+DVD) in November,2020.?Voda improvises, mixes blues with jazzy approach and loves to put heavy riffs on the table.
