"God is Love" is more than a nice Christian cliche, it is a portrait of God.

You would not believe who God picks to pour His love through.
So many times we get focused on making the right and wrong decisions/actions to earn or demonstrate merit with God as though given the right information and strength we can save ourselves. Could it be that Jesus has to carry us even when we are really nailing it as a Christian? Ever hear about God's cloud of saved sinners?
Sometimes we have to belly up to something that shifts our whole perspective of life. Everything we have learned is negotiable either because new truth is discovered or because we believed something wrong. When we hear things that do not match what we think we know, the most mature thing to do is to do the hard thing of listening--really listening--and evaluating the merits of the new idea based on what we have always believed. for me i have to take things to the Bible--not a person or a creed but the the actual book and find out what the Bible teaches. Courage to you as you journey towards truth.
When we come in contact with something new it takes a lot of guts to hold off your rejection and to evaluate the new thoughts carefully.
This is a study of 2 Timothy 3:15-17 where the Bible explains where its knowledge and teachings came from. It also gives a powerful reason for us to read and study it.
The things going on in our world today are amazingly forecast in the scriptures.
Salvation is fully accomplished for us in Christ's Coming.
There is a time to take our dories and fears to God in prayer
