Do you find it overwhelming when you think about your goals? When you break down all the things you need to do to get there, it's only normal to want to quit before you even get started.

If you allow yourself to give in to the overwhelm, do you ever think you're going to get anywhere near where you want to be with your goals? How much does this goal mean to you and is it really something you are willing to let go? Think about that for a second...



Now, think about what if you just started showing up. One day at a time, one task at a time. Don't worry about tomorrow or the big picture right now; that's already been manifested. Worry about NOW. What simple and quick task can you show up for and tackle today?
