HALLOWEEN SERIES! Welcome to the 3rd episode of this year's Halloween Series! Today we will discuss the atrocities that occurred within the walls of the Pennhurst State Hospital and how what happened there may be contributing to the so-called "hot spot" of paranormal instances occurring there. While the hospital opened in 1908, it wasn't shut down until 1987 when an expose of the facility was finally brought to light to the American people.
