This is the 576th consecutive episode of Mornings With Mike and what a wild, fun, challenging, and fulfilling road it's been... this isn't goodbye, it's a see you soon.

Whether in good times or in bad, stress is always around us and present therefore it's a must we learn to manage it both instances... here's how.

When we change who we are for the sake of satisfying others, we begin to jeopardize our own happiness and fulfillment in the process.

The major battle we're up against every day when it comes to achieving our goals are the distractions that surround us and take away our focus.

I'm getting personal and sharing a person, place, thing, book, and event that's had the biggest impact in my life over the years and why.

When it comes to doing what we want to do in order to achieve all of our goals, dreams, and aspirations.. we don't need permission or a good reason to take action.

Our happiness is fragile since our thoughts dictate how we feel.. the good news is that we 100% control what we think and focus on.

We're all fighting some thing or things whether it's fear, insecurities, or limiting beliefs and these three steps will help assure we win the fight.

Whether we find ourselves in a winning or losing situation, if we follow these three steps we'll always come out on the winning side of things.

We're often asked the question, "what would you do if you knew you couldn't fail" although it's a terrible question considering failure is part of the process of winning.

Without these three steps in place, it becomes easy to spot failure from a mile away when it comes to our goals we're out to achieve.

Asking questions (these specific 5) is the answer when it comes to building deeper more connected relationships with those who matter most to us.

Trust is an integral part to any successful relationship but how do we develop that trust when it's been compromised by ourselves and others?

Regardless of what happens to us (good or bad), there's still so much more living to be done ahead of us.

Here's three quick steps any one of of us can take to begin creating more health, happiness, and fulfillment in our lives.

When it comes to our goals, it is a must we continue to battle these two obstacles along the way in order to achieve the successes we seek.

Sometimes it's just a matter of changing the order of events we believe is necessary for success to occur that gets us there much faster.

What we do moment to moment quickly becomes our past which is what ends up dictating what our future looks like.

Success isn't just achieving a goal, instead true success is how and what we feel along the way and when we finally get there as well.

When it comes to achieving all of our goals, dreams, and aspirations, we may never feel the confidence to do so and that's fine so long as we have the faith to take action.

When it comes to achieving our goals and the successes we seek, the answers on how to get there can be found in the questions we ask.

The key to all success isn't just showing up (that's the start yes) but more so if and how we decide to step up once we've shown up.

Remembering the past allows us to reflect back on lessons learned, how far we've come, and provides us with the motivation and conviction to keep moving forward.

It isn't just the bad times that shall pass, but the good times as well therefore let's make it a point to enjoy and appreciate them.

When we declare who we are, what we believe, and what we stand for, we not only let others know where we stand, it serves as a reminder to ourselves as well.

While it's the end result we want most for any goal we're out to achieve, it's the hope we feel along the way that keeps us going and brings us the most happinesses.

The ultimate failure we can experience is success without fulfillment so let's make it a point to be mindful when choosing between economic potential and personal fulfillment.

Reflecting back on tough times we've gotten through serves as a great reminder that we're strong, ready, and willing to get through whatever challenges come our way.

Life indeed does begin at the end of our comfort zones although getting there requires that we're patient with ourselves along the way.

Regardless of how we started the first half of this year, it's not how we start that counts but how we finish so let's check-in on how we're doing so far.
