Professor John Eastman speaks on controversial op-ed

In this interview, Professor John Eastman, the Henry Salvatori Professor of Law & Community Service at Chapman University and 2020-2021 Visiting Scholar in Conservative Thought and Policy at CU Boulder, discusses his controversial op-ed published in Newsweek in August 2020 and the reactions to it. The op-ed speaks of the eligibility of the then US Vice Presidential Nominee Kamala Harris as a natural-born citizen, a requirement for both the US Presidency and Vice Presidency.
