After a strong cold front that arrived last evening, today will be partly sunny, brisk, and cooler with highs ranging from the mid-50s Red River to the lower to mid-60s across Central. A rainy and stormy day is expected today. Expect rain showers this morning with thunderstorms developing in the afternoon/evening. This morning will be the coldest of the week with temperatures starting in the 30s to around 40 degrees. After a strong cold front on today, cold temperatures are expected to stick around into the weekend. Lows Friday and Saturday night will be in the teens and 20s. Temperatures should warm above freezing each afternoon.
