What really moves the needle when applying things?0 - Know the markers!
For me, I didn’t ever feel like I paid attention to going to failure or close to failure. I went into the gym, did my reps, left the gym. Your body needs to hear you telling it to change. What language is it?
1 - Do the thing more frequently
I went from pull ups once a week to pull ups 3 or 4 times a week
2 - Extend the session
I went from 3 sets to 10 sets per session
3 - Dial in the quality according to what you need.
I went from accepting any quality, to now only doing a tucked pelvis pull up (basically a knees-to-chest pull up)
Before when I was 60kgs and after when I was an unhealthy 100kgs
