I planed a scenic and varied run through Victoria West, passing by Banfield Park, exploring the Gorge Waterway, catching a sunrise along the way. My route coved a mix of old and new neighborhoods, providing an interesting glimpse into the city's history and development. Incorporating Zone 2 training and using an HR monitor for Mafetone training (a structured approach). I enjoyed my run very much and had a productive day at work afterwards!
